A Greener Colorado

so there I was...driving through suburbia in the middle of the afternoon, under the heat of our sweltering sun...when SPASH, I drove through a water-filled pothole. Where did this water come from? Upon simple inspection I saw a joyous homeowner watering her lush, vibrant, and water drenched grass in the hottest point during the day. Be it vibrant green or not, this was a complete waste of resources. Throughly disgusted I went home and started formulating ideas to turn these suburban greenfields of waste and overconsuption into something postive.
